30 hours of training: ready for Heatpulse Fix

Training hard to tackle the energy crisis. Helping residents in the Netherlands by installing energy saving measures directly. This in combination with inventorisation & advice. What does the preparation look like?

In a training cycle of 3 thorough training days + homework, the Fix team is being equipped to the full extent. Together with external partners? Samen 010 and Energiebank Rotterdam, we’re doing a deepdive to learn the ropes of the job. For example, how to deal with skepticism? Fortunately, we can count on the experience and sage advice of seasoned professionals. “You have to be able to let go of some things, you can’t let everything affect you”, was such a piece of valuable advice. Besides this aspect, practical matters are practiced; applying draft strips & radiator foil will soon be 2nd nature for our fixers. Practice makes perfect.
