Earth Hour, switch off on March 26th, 8.30pm

On Saturday 26th of March, 8.30pm local time, switch off your lights for one hour. Why? To call attention to climate change. Sounds simple, right? Switch off your lights for 1 hour for nature on earth.

In 2007 Earth Hour was started by the WWF as a symbolic lights-out event in Sydney. With this action, they wanted to raise awareness of climate change. Now, Earth Hour has gone far beyond the symbolic action of switching off. Through various actions, it has become a catalyst for positive environmental impact. Earth Hour is held every year on the last Saturday of March. Millions of people in more than 190 countries are making this sustainable choice by participating. Do you join?
