Space Innovation in Germany

An event fully focused on space and innovation? That is what the Copernicus Technologies event on the 18 and 19th of April was all about. Sobolt attended the event to learn from competitors and develop potential partnerships.
The event in Bochum, Germany started off with networking drinks and presentations in the local Planetarium. Not only did we learn more about the origin of our solar system, but also discovered interesting applications on how to make complete solutions by combining satellite measurements with in situ measurements.
There were two main messages to take away from this insightful experience. First, (inter)national collaboration is necessary within the entire valuechain of satellite based solutions to increase effectiveness. Second, specific spatial data visualization is key to present insights to stakeholders in an intuitive manner. Currently, Sobolt is improving its data visualization opportunities. Stay tuned to learn more.
